The only deviation in this kind of stage is the pouring system. Instead of regular pouring, the semi-finished rubber is poured through the system of injections. Such techniques are applied at times when the shapes required by the client are extremely complex. This process ensures that a precise mould is ready as per the specifications.

One of the interesting techniques applied in rubber moulding apart from compression or injection is that of the extrusion die. The main process is same that of any other processes but the measurements and the type of pouring varies in such stages. With the semi-finished rubber, the moulds are ready to be filled with the extrusion process. The tool is almost similar to the injection method but the process varies slightly. The best part of this kind of process is that it can ensure safety and stability of the material. Interestingly, with this method, the manufacturer can opt for the automatic production as well.
